In PROCOLOMBIA is important to know the comments, concerns, or complaints of its users, so before your register, please take the following into account:

  • If you register more than one case with the same subject, only the last registration will be taken into account.
  • If your query is related to personnel recruitment or job offers, please visit the following link https://idtalento.net/ofertas-de-trabajo-en/procolombia or follow our LinkedIn portal "Talento ProColombia", where we post available job opportunities. This will allow you to apply directly if you find a vacancy that interests you.
  • If your query is related to university internships, please note that ProColombia has agreements with universities through which available offers for interns are announced. We therefore invite you to check with your university to see if it has a current agreement in place so that you can participate in these processes.
  • Be as clear as possible with the information you provide. This could prevent reprocessing or errors in the response from PROCOLOMBIA.

 

Please keep in mind the following concepts, which will help you to identify the type of case to be registered:

  • Question/Request: Is a request for information or clarification of doubts about any aspect related to the services or activities that are part of PROCOLOMBIA's scope.
  • Compliment: Is an expression of satisfaction or recognition towards an official or service provided by PROCOLOMBIA.
  • Suggestion: Is a proposal or recommendation made by a user with the purpose of improving or enhancing some aspect of the services offered by PROCOLOMBIA.
  • Complaint*: Is the manifestation of an inconformity towards a PROCOLOMBIA collaborator.
  • Claim*: Is the manifestation of an inconformity with a service provided by PROCOLOMBIA.
  • Right to petition: It is the right of every person to submit respectful petitions in the terms established by law, for reasons of general or particular interest, and to obtain a prompt, complete and thorough resolution of the same.

* If your registration corresponds to a complaint or claim, PROCOLOMBIA has established a period of 15 business days following receipt of the case by the organization to generate a response.
