Identification and follow-up of business opportunities for exports of non-mining and energy goods and services, international tourism, foreign direct investment and Colombian investment abroad, in the markets or regions where ProColombia has coverage.

- Quality Policy
Maintain an excellent level of quality in the provision of services and a culture focused on continuous improvement in accordance with government policies, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the organization, to contribute to the positioning of Colombia abroad, promote exports of non-mining energy goods and services, the expansion of Colombian companies abroad, international tourism, foreign direct investment and the country brand.
- Risk management policy
ProColombia administers and manages risks with the purpose of generating an organizational culture of continuous improvement to prevent events that may affect the fulfillment of strategic objectives and processes, being an integral part of the Quality Management System, as described in the Risk Management Procedure.
The identification, analysis, risk assessment and implementation of controls are the responsibility of the process leaders. The monitoring of the controls defined for risk management is the responsibility of the quality team, in order to keep the risk maps of each of the processes of the Quality Management System up to date.
The results obtained from the risk assessment will be presented at the Management Review to take actions aimed at eliminating the causes of the risks, keeping them under control or assuming them.
- Sustainability Policy
ProColombia's sustainability policy provides a reference framework to generate action plans within the organization and with the different stakeholders. Consequently, the sustainability policy is applied through the following commitments:
- We transform the country: We promote sustainability as an attribute of competitiveness and a differentiating element for Exports, Foreign Direct Investment, International Tourism and the Country Brand.
- We act by example: We are committed to being an internally sustainable organization, applying sustainability in our processes and being consistent with the practices promoted in the mission areas.

Promote investment and facilitate foreign investors to know, visit and invest in Colombia, in all sectors, with special interest in those that generate productive transformation in the country.
Promote Colombia as a tourist destination for vacations and meetings so that international travelers visit Colombia and organize international events in the country.
Promote Colombia as a supplier of non-mining-energy goods and services in international markets, according to demand, through the expansion of Colombian companies abroad, training programs, adaptation of exportable supply and promotional activities.
Contribute to the positioning of the country brand and the dissemination of national wealth and values.
