Manizales and Pereira to receive Ecuador’s team in the Triangle of Coffee
In the presence of almost 100 Ecuadorian wholesalers, travel agencies and media representatives, PROCOLOMBIA continued last Monday the Latin American tour to promote Colombia’s tourist destinations for the Under-20 World Cup to take place between this coming July 29 and August 20.
Colombian goalkeeper, Oscar Córdoba, attended the event and after a class of football-tennis encouraged wholesalers and travel agencies from Ecuador to include Colombian destinations in their tour packages with the possibility of enjoying the football festivities.
6. Next week, the Natural Tourism workshop round will continue, which seeks to presents the new trends in this segment in Colombia and the relevant criteria for development nationally and internationally.
The next workshop will be held in Cartagena de Indias on May 31st, 2011 at Hotel Capilla del Mar and on June 3rd at Hotel Sunrise in San Andrés Island. We expect entrepreneurs, tourism operators, hotel representatives, trade association and tourism secretariats.

Todo listo en Colombia para recibir turistas del Mundial de Fútbol Sub 20
Las ocho ciudades sedes de la Copa Mundial Sub 20 de la Fifa Colombia 2011 están listas para recibir a los casi 250 mil turistas internacionales que llegarán al país para disfrutar del espectáculo, mientras que el próximo martes 27 de abril la suerte de los equipos se definirá con el sorteo que se realizará en Cartagena.
Expovacaciones se celebra cada año por el mes de mayo, siempre de jueves a domingo y conjuntamente con los certámentes de Expoconsumo y Creamoda.
Las últimas ediciones se han estado celebrando ya en el nuevo recinto ferial, el BEC en Barakaldo.

The Coffee Triangle will have a powerful worldwide promotion tool
This Wednesday the 6th of April at 10 am, PROCOLOMBIA will launch a new official travel portal to the Coffee Triangle which will allow the region to increase the number of visiting international tourists.
The event will take place at the Pereira Hotel Convention Center, with the presence of the authorities from the Government of Risaralda, Quindio and Caldas, as well as the Mayor's Offices from the cities of Pereira, Armenia and Manizales, as well as Cotelco.
