Its intention is to position itself within the global market with a strategy of flavors and colors that stimulate the senses.
12 Colombian exporters will offer the global market a complete package of exotic and tropical fruit at the Fruit Logistic 2011 fair in Berlin (Germany) from February 9th through 11th.

This fair opens its doors to over 50 thousand people each year, and it is the most important of its industry in the world, an ideal scenario for presenting new products, approaching new markets and getting to know international trends in this matter.

PROCOLOMBIA will have a 120 squared meter stand presenting exotic fruit such as Uchuva (Cape gooseberry), Gulupa (Passiflora pinnatistipula), Granadilla (Passiflora ligularis), Pithaya (Yellow dragon fruit), Tomate de árbol (Tree tomato), Maracuyá (Passion fruit), Baby banana and Mangostino (Mangosteen). This will be the fifth year in which the country participates in the fair.

There will also be other tropical fruits offered such as Papaya, Melon, Pineapple, Plantain, Lemons, Hass Avocado, Tubers such as Cassava, Yam, and four varieties of aromatic herbs: Basil, Mint, Chives and Tarragon.

Ten Colombian companies will be at the stand where in addition to national products there will be business meetings held with the fair’s visitors. These companies are: Natturale (Caro y Cía); Frutales Las Lajas, Santana Fruits, C.I. Hass Colombia, Comercializadora Internacional Frutireyes, Interfresh fruits, Wolf & Wolf, Inverfruits, Country Fruits and Garden Herbs.
