El Gourmet Channel series premiering on Colombian cuisine with chef Leonor Espinosa

The rich cuisine of Colombia will be seen in Latin America through a series of four programs that deliver the TV channel The Gourmet. The Colombian chef Leonor Espinoza will be responsible for teaching the viewers the best dishes of the country. 

The television series titled "Savoring Colombia" will air from February first. Be seen in Mexico, Ecuador, Venezuela, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. In Colombia will be seen on February 2. 

The programs were conducted jointly by TV producer and PROCOLOMBIA Pramer Colombia.The best of the cuisine of Cartagena, Barranquilla, Santa Marta and Bogota will be the highlight of the series will air for two months. 

The chef Leonor Espinosa traveled by those cities. In addition to displaying the rich cuisine of the regions will viewers the customs of its inhabitants and the respective attractions. 

Leonor Cartagena cooked in a San Basilio de Palenque in Palenque. In Barranquilla prepared a delicious meal in the Casa del Carnaval, Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity, and Santa Marta prepared his dish in the Ecohabs and met with the Kogi Indians of the Sierra Nevada. 

Finally, in Bogota, the distinguished chef visited Paloquemao market square, the restaurant Andres Carne de Res and the La Candelaria to make chocolate tamal.Leonor Espinoza closed with an invitation to his restaurant in the capital for their closest friends chefs. 

Transfers to the countries of the region will be divided into programming. Programming will consist of northern Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador, Venezuela, Chile and Peru and will be released on Tuesday February 2. The South will include Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay and will debut on Tuesday the first of February.
