With a high satisfaction score, in 2016 Colombia ranked above Brazil (6.5), Spain (6.4) and France (6.0) in the index of emphasis on customer satisfaction in companies, being the best evaluated Latin American country with a score of 6.9 out of 10.
Of the thirteen countries evaluated in the index of emphasis on customer satisfaction in companies, Colombia ranked fourth, after three major powers: Hong Kong with a score of 8.3, the United States with 8.2 and the Netherlands with 7.4.
Likewise, the Colombian labor force is competitive in terms of salaries compared to other countries in the region. Our country is characterized by its quality, with national companies with international certifications such as:
