Call for proposals from suppliers for the design, construction, operation and production of international promotional activities

As the entity responsible for promoting international tourism, foreign investment, and Colombia’s non-mining and non-energy exports, ProColombia maintains an ongoing agenda of large-scale events at major convention and exhibition venues across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Our presence ranges from the design and construction of institutional pavilions at major international trade shows to business matchmaking events, trade missions, brand activations, and B2B events. To ensure the successful execution of each initiative in the local markets where we operate, we make information on our procurement opportunities and Terms of Reference available to the international supplier community.

We invite companies and service providers worldwide — specializing in areas such as temporary architecture and exhibition stand design, technical and audiovisual production, event and exhibition logistics, technology, catering, and comprehensive operational services — to regularly review our procurement opportunities and technical requirements. This enables qualified suppliers to submit competitive proposals and actively contribute to creating the spaces where Colombia connects with global buyers and investors.
