Two teams from the most popular channels in these countries are touring the country to tell their viewers back home what activities they can do in our country while enjoying the soccer celebration.

A group of journalists from Guatevision from Guatemala, and Ecuavisa from Ecuador, are touring the Under-20 Soccer World Cup host cities to show their viewers the tourist options the visitors from their home countries will have while accompanying their national teams during the sporting event.

Since the past 10th of June, and until the 20th of the same month, the television channels with the highest ratings in their countries will produce the coverage shows prior to the championship.

Once again, the country has proven it is ready to receive and organize events, congresses, conventions and to be the destination for incentive trips

Colombia was designated as the host country of the World Apparel Convention in 2014, making it the second Latin American country to host this, one of the most important events in the apparel industry in the world.

The convention is arranged every year by the International Apparel Federation (IAF), with over 200 representatives attending from the textile industry, including distributors, clothing manufacturers, experts and designers, with the presence of the international press from over 20 countries.

Colombia is about to experience a milestone in international trade relations and investment, thanks to a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with Canada that has just gone into effect.

This is the first trade agreement for Colombia with a developed country, allowing consumers to get goods and services from domestic producers in both countries at preferential conditions. The new FTA, originally approved in 2010, also marks Colombia’s first free trade agreement in North America.
